COD payment option coming after selecting Prepaid option

COD payment option comes after selecting the Prepaid shipping method this should not happen.

I am using Advanced Cash on Delivery app for COD option.

I have escalated this query for so long still there is no resolution from Shopify team.

Very disappointed with the support team
