I want to code my own HTML css and js website with my own existing domain and upload to as shopify website to take advantage of Apliiq drop shipping feature. Apliiq integrates only with shopify  website. How can I do that?

This is Evita from On The Map.

You will need to create a Shopify store add the theme and edit it the way you want. You can edit theme in Shopify admin.

You will need to learn a little bit more about Liquid template language.

And to add Apliiq, you will need to add it as Shopify app, it will be simple, just click on Add App - https://apps.shopify.com/apliiq and check out their docs.
