Per the shopify documentation for international shipping (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/understanding-shipping/understanding-shipping-labels#int...) the checkout process for Italian customers asks for Codice Fiscale (CF) and Posta Elettronica Certificata (PEC). The values entered by the customer are shown on the order under Additional information... however they are not returned through the Order creation webhook. Am I missing a setting to enable this to come through the webhook or are Codice Fiscale (CF) and Posta Elettronica Certificata (PEC) being excluded from the webhook data an oversight, intentionally missing, or will be added soon?
@Shopify any update?
Codice Fiscale and Posta Elettronica Certificata are required in Italy for all invoices, but those fields are missing both from the Order Creation webhook and the response from the Orders endpoint of Shopify Admin API.
It is very important to have the fields added, otherwise we should consider alternative ecommerce platforms for Italian companies
