Coding help - trying to add product spec sheets

I am looking to add downloadable product specification sheets to my product pages using metafields. I've set up the metafields but need help integrating them into my store using a custom liquid section. I am not familiar with coding and would appreciate if someone could guide me through the process or point me to a resource that could help.
