I have two themes: one for shipping items and one for appointments. A support advisor said I needed a specific code for certain items in one theme and a specific code for the appointment theme. Can anyone help me with codes because I have no experience in that?

Its kind of hard to explain but I dont know how to code so that my products that are supposed to be in the shippable collection wont delete when I make an appointment theme.
