Collaborator option is not available in a partner org for a development type store created using my

I have created a partner account in Shopify. However after creating development type store I navigate to settings page in the store from admin page of that store. However when I want to send a collaboration request to the dev team I cant see Collaborator in the left hand side of that page. So not able to send collaboration request for the developers. Kindly suggest how can I add developers for the development and customization in the theme choosen using Collaboration option for the store I have created. I can create Staff account and give full access which is not actually meant for developers. Your help will be appreciated as I am new to Shopify. Please suggest in case there is something I am missing here or you want some snaps of the settings page.

Hey @aritraauth1988. For developers to access your shop via a collaborator account, they would specifically need to send the collaborator request from their own partner account, you cannot invite them from your side.
