Collection page scrolling glitch (Dawn Theme)

I've been experiencing an issue with my online store. When scrolling down, there is a glitch that only occurs at the bottom of the page. This glitch is particularly frustrating because it automatically scrolls down to the footer, making it impossible for customers to click on the last few products of the page and clicking to the next page.

The issue is only visible on desktop. On mobile I am not experiencing this issue. The theme is on Dawn version 2.1.0
