Colorblock theme product pages: first image is low resolution on iPhone

Hi all,

I'm having a weird problem on my shop page (Colorblock theme) that was just brought to my attention: On individual product pages, the first product image (and only the first) is noticeably low resolution and pixelated on both Safari and Chrome for iPhone. It looks as though an enlarged thumbnail image is displayed.

This doesn't seem to occur on Android, MacOS, or Windows browsers. 

My site is www.newwavepool.shop . This issue seems to affect every product page but only on iOS.

Update: I think this is a bug. 

I cropped an image in one of the products to make it a square aspect ratio and the issue went away. 

This is not a solution for me though, as all of our photos are in a 4:3 ratio and most can't easily be cropped to square format (nor would I want the images to be square).

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
