Thanks for getting back to me. The homepage display isn't the same on my pc and on mobile.
The pc display has the picture and text I chosen meanwhile the mobile display is something I didn't do at all and the background is all white.
Hope it makes more sense.
Yes not bad though still better since it still pass the same information you want to the audience I think you're good to go with it and also how's your store designs coming up?
Sorry about that I got you wrong can you share me the image of the view you have for the PC mode I would like to see it
Hi, @Labeaute!
Welcome to Shopify Community.
Thank you for sharing your question with our network. I don't see any images attached to your latest response, though I did visit your website from several mobile devices to rule out any local errors.
I do see that your website is successfully password protected even on a mobile view, so I am wondering if your phone's browser may be caching a version of your site where the password was previously entered. To rule this out, can you attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
Please let me know the results of that, and include a screenshot once again.
I look forward to your reply,

Hi Olivia,
Thanks for looking into this. I have several people trying and it didn't work on their mobile.
I have attached the PC view and Mobile view.
Hope this helps
Thanks for your reply, @Labeaute!
I appreciate the screenshots you provided, as I think I know what may be going on. The password page, which is visible in your mobile view screenshot is separate from your home page, which is visible on your PC view.
The password page itself is working as expected, and is what you see when you visit your site using an incognito or private window on a desktop.
Please let me know if that helps further clarify your experience.
Warm regards,

Thanks for your reply, @Labeaute!
To further clarify, your password page is working exactly as intended. Here is a screenshot preview of what a typical visitor would see the first time visiting your site.
Desktop view:
Mobile view:
As you can see, both screenshots depict a view of the password page. The page you shared in your desktop view, appears to be your home page.
That is only visible to visitors if they enter your site with a password, or once you disable password protection from Online store > Preferences.
I trust that helps clear it up, but let me know if there's any confusion.
Warm regards,
