Complete Removal of Loox PopUp

I need to disable the loox popup from desktop view as well as in mobile view. I am migrating a shop from version 1.9 to version 2.0. I am working on the Context theme. the loox app just lets you customize the display on mobile which you can disable but not the desktop one. Any hints or ideas on where or what to look for?
