My client has a listing that appears to be correctly uploaded on the backend - it is categorized and similarly sized to all other listings - but on the live site it does not display or load for us when we click through the link - https://metrix-jewelry.myshopify.com/products/14-karat-gold-huggie-hoops
For the record, it is active, in the right collections and listed in the correct product type. No other listings on their site are having this issue just this one. We have also both on separate devices and browsers on opposite coasts not been able to view this listing.
Does anyone know why this might be? Even the images sizes aren't any different from other listings and I tested via some site speed tools and nothing else seems to be amiss. Any ideas?

Are you able to provide us with some more information on the listing that we should be seeing? Using the information you provided here, mainly the link, I clicked it and wasn't sent to a page with any products; instead it led to a 404 page. However, when scrolling through the 14 Karat Gold collection, I found this product: https://metrix-jewelry.myshopify.com/collections/14-karat-gold/products/14-karat-yellow-gold-everyda... Is this the product that seems to not be appearing? I do notice that this product appears to be a 'choose your size' option, so it may be different then the one that is meant to be appearing, but I'd just like to confirm.
