Compliance Adding custom text to Checkout

Hi Community and Devs, 

I was suggested by Shopify support that I reach here regarding the following issue :
To be compliant with authorize.net for our specific product they require us to add "Customer will be billed by : Company Name" to the checkout page. How can I achieve this?

If you're not using Shopify Plus, then customizable checkout isn't available for your store. However, you may be able to translate your checkout to include additional texts.
