Connecting Shopify to an existing merch website

Hello,

I am a independant musician with a existing merch website, and I want to connect this website and it's products to Shopify so I can sell them on my Spotify page.

The website I have used to make my store is Forthwall. I am just wondering if there is an extension or an app that lets me connect the store and it's products so I can sell them on my music page on Spotify.
