Consent (cookie) Banner -- replace "decline" with "manage preferences,"

Hello, we've activated Shopify's cookie banner, but I'm not satisfied with the style and want to customize it. I'd like to remove the "decline" button and replace it with "manage preferences," keeping only the "accept" and "manage preferences" buttons. If you could help me with that, I'd greatly appreciate it!
