Contact form not receiving emails Impulse Theme

Hello, my Impulse theme's contact form is not working while everything should be configured correctly. I think I've had this problem from the start before I had any apps installed so that shouldn't be the problem. I was wondering how I could get it to work properly so I can actually receive the emails? Thanks!

I have currently replaced the original contact forms with the contact form of an app so I could at least receive emails from there. The "Ask a question" tab on the product pages I just put some text with my company email. Even if this is a temporary solution I hope I can get the original contact form to work as I would prefer that, thanks!
