Contact Form on Shopify Ssense Theme - where do I find it?

Hi,

I have trouble finding a general contact form on shopify Ssense site.  Also a message app that pops on the right hand corner.

I am also seeing threads where people say they have trouble receiving messages through shopify contact form and want to know which one is a reliable solution.

Thought there should be one as default, but I don't see it on my theme settings and when I type a search "contact form" it doesn't show up.

Hi there, @bellagent. Thanks for taking the time to create a post here in the Shopify Community regarding creating a Contact Us page. It's good to meet you!

If you're looking to add a 'Contact' Form to your store, you'll have to create a page specifically for this purpose. We have some resources that explain how to do this, as well as the steps I'll post below that should help you:

• Login to your Shopify Admin
• From the menu on the left side, select 'Online Store > Pages'
• On this new page that loads, hit 'Add Page' in the corner
  
  
  
  
• On the next page, add a title for the page, as well as some text you'd like to showcase. Then, in the 'template' section, click the dropdown and select 'Contact' from the list.
  
  
• Save your page, and you'll have a contact page made! You'll have to add the contact page to your navigation menu so that users can access it, so if you're unsure on how to do that, let me know!

As for your 'chat bubble in the corner', you'll want to install a direct message app in your store so you can accommodate this feature. Shopify has our own great app for this called Shopify Inbox!
