Hello!
I've just had a customer contact me to let me know that they submitted a request via our contact form, however I never received anything. I've just tried to submit a test and that isn't coming through either. I've used the standard contact form template on Shopify (haven't changed code), and have checked the email settings which are all correct.
Any thoughts on how to fix this? I'm concerned that other requests might have been lost.

I have this same issue, except it occurred only after I switched my domain hosting to Google from Shopify in order to set up more elaborate email hosting requirements than what Shopify is able to do. It doesn't look like there are any replies to this. I'm hoping this message might re-initiate the thread and prompt a reply. Shopify's help content doesn't seem to offer anything.
