Of all of the millions that shopify makes what does it take to have some real decent customer support systems in place where we can ACTUALLY get in contact with customer support? How can you continually display "contact customer support 24/7" on your page and it is not even true? How can you claim the best customer support when your actually clients get looped around pages with no option to call a number or chat with anyone??? Blue host doesn't do that. Go daddy, wix or any other platform that has ecommerce. they all have real live people that you can call and speak with. Damn.

Shopify does offer 24/7 Support whenever you need it - you just need to use our Support Portal to get in touch with us. You can use this link to login to your store, and access our portal. From there, select the prompts that match up with your question. Once you've done that, scroll down the page, and click either 'Contact Us' or pick from the listed available contact options that appear. If you have any difficulties with these steps, please let me know.
Additionally, I'm happy to assist you here with any questions. We're unable to authenticate folks in the Shopify Community, so I can't access any account specific information, but I'm happy to do what I can to help you with any questions.
Hello, I clicked the link. It does not take me to a login page. Also, login is my issue. I need to actually talk with someone or someone needs to see how I am continually being looped around when I try to log in.

Are you seeing something different when going to the link? If so, can you let me know what you're seeing? As you can see in that screenshot, if that is what is appearing for you, you can just click the 'Log in' button to log in and access the help portal. From there, you can select the prompts that match up with your support request. Once you've done that, you should be able to scroll down the page and select an available contact method to reach out to our team.
