Continue to sell out of stock for specified location

Hi, good day! I would like to ask if it's possible for us to continue to sell an out of stock product from a specific shipping location if there's a stock on other location? 

Currently we have two locations and some products are only in stock at Warners and out of stock at Thorntons. What we wanted is that we can still allow a customer to place an order for Thorntons. The same goes with pickup, we would like to still see the two locations as an option. How do we set this up?
