Conversion Summary

I’m confused about conversion tracking. I’m trying to get a handle on where our customers are coming from.

Up until a few days ago, I could usually see customers’ landing pages on our site. Then, for the last few days, every transaction’s Conversion Summary shows that the first page they visited was in checkouts. That doesn’t seem right to me.

Do I have something wrong with tracking? Is this possibly the result of customers not accepting cookies? I’m trying to understand what I’m seeing.
