Convertkit Popup not showing up correctly

Hi

I updated my convertkit popup form and my shopify domain, and now when I embed the form into my website js (following instructions provided), it shows up as a static section below the footer - not a popup.

I've recreated a form, added the js to end of theme.liquid before </body> tag, tried to embed html, created custom content js but none of them have worked. It used to work fine before.

Please see screenshot on how it appears now. Please can anyone help?

Hi Tamarah, 

It's likely that the html code you've embedded is not picked up by javascript, hence it's being shown as static content.

Thanks, I had removed the html code before re-entering the js code and it
was still the same unfortunately.
