Cookie Policy Scan Failure

I am trying to create a cookie policy page, via termly, for my page, but keep getting a technical failure error. I contacted termly support and they said it was the log in page, password, was the problem. I disabled the log in page but still get the same error. Is there any other ideas that I can use?
