Cookies and Consent Settings

Hi,

I am using Shopify's cookie banner and the settings appear to be very limited. I have an issue when a user lands on our website without interacting with the Consent Banner, the Consent Tag isn't firing with our Google tracking. I am trying to set it so it should fire with the 'Deafault' command set as 'Denied'. 

When cookies are accepted, both 'Default' and 'Update' commands fire as 'Granted'. Ideally, upon landing, 'Default' should fire as 'Denied', and only after user interaction (Accept/Reject), should the 'Update' command fire with the appropriate status. How can I achieve this with Shopify's banner settings? Thanks!
