Is there a way to make the mega menu

full width
open on hover
display the submenu (product categories) in a grid next to each other
display the content of each submenu

Pretty much like the focal theme

yes this can be done using any third party good mega menu app, Also if you have any idea about custom liquid, css html, js then you can create your own mega menu settings.
