Crazy URLs appearing and getting traffic

Hello!

I've just recently started seeing my top traffic pages in SEMrush are these crazy URLs, I don't know where the additional letters and numbers are coming from. I'd love someone to help me diagnose what's happening here and what platform (Shopify or an ap?) are adding these additional URLs

For example:

nouvellenomad.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoqM0M5BdV1i3fYRERT-WMvXPEZddfB_OFqDSRN9CbW6aKCeW42c

I have SEO Ant redirect ap installed so the 404s are going to my homepage or collection pages, but I want to get to the source of where they're coming from to stop them in the first place

I've also just installed Sitemap NoIndex ap to see if this helps
