CREATE ORDER NOT WORKING FOR 1 DAY NOW

Can someone from Shopify help me?  It's been 24 hours  yet until now, Shopify tech support team has not given me a clear update on my issue.  The create order from the backend suddenly is not working and this is really hurting us especially our Sales Department.

This is not the kind of platform we expected from Shopify especially we're just 1 month old with Shopify.
