Creating Flow that triggers if Quantity of Product Type in order < 3

Hello,

For the last two weeks I have been trying to figure out if there is a way to create a Flow that triggers in the following scenario:

- For every order, check if the Total Quantity Sold of Product Type "x" is 1 or 2. (In other words, we sold only 1 or 2 units in an order of Product Type "x".

I've tried every which way I can think of, but can't seem to crack it. Does anyone know how this can be done? I'm pretty new to Flow, but haven't had much luck after reading documentation, searching everywhere online, and all of the different flow methods.

Would greatly appreciate some help. Many thanks in advanced.
