We are using an integration software. If there is a fulfillment ID like you see below, software can get tracking info from shipping company API and write it back to Shopify order. So customer gets auto shipping update.
Problem is,
IF software is set to get order data BEFORE order status "fulfilled" it does not include "Fulfillment ID"
IF software is set to get order data AFTER order status "fulfilled" we send customers "your order is shipped" mail before we even see the order on software.
So, we need fulfillment ID before we set order status to "fulfilled". Is there any workaround?
