Would anyone be able to help fix the CLS happening with my announcement bar on my website. I have tried to find an answer to this problem but can't seem to find a fix.

1. First need to find out the cause for CLS using inspect element (browser dev tool)

2. Need to workout on CSS if find any cause.

3. Minimize Delayed Content
