cURL error 7: Failed to connect to *****.myshopify.com port 443

When updating product stock, after making several requests, I get an error that there is a problem with connecting to the server:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to *****.myshopify.com port 443 after 1 ms: Couldn't connect to server
This problem occurs when I set a static IP for my application that sends states.
However, with a variable IP there is no such problem.
Please let me know how to solve this problem, I will only add that the application runs on GCP.
