Custom built query not showing all results

Our site has a custom coded query to return results based on tags we've put onto products. From what I can see the query is sending back all the proper information but the page isn't able to properly show them to the user.

Is the page formatting limiting the number of products that it will visually show to the user? Any direction towards the possible cause would me awesome. Thanks a ton.
