Custom font not displaying on Windows but working on Mac

Hi, 

I have installed a custom font on my Shopify dawn theme. I followed this tutorial.

However, when looking on a Windows operating system it does not display, but it does on a Mac. 

Is there a way to fix this? Please see attached screenshots. Font Unwanted (Windows)Font Desired (Mac)
