Custom html section with a form wont appear in the shop

Hi, I added a custom HTML section to a page in my shop.

The form doesn't appear in the editor and not on the live shop.

I'm using the Flex theme

@CamieandMe thanks for posting here,

your section is empty COZ you are adding just HTML without any text content.
if HTML is related to an app or third-party code so may be it needs its own file cdn or this code is not useful....
