Custom Input Field Product Page

Hi! I have a candle shop that allows customers to customize their order with different scents. For example, if you purchase the 12 for $72 deal then you can tell me how many jars of a particular scent you (3- Angel Wings, 3- Romance, 6- Crimson Watermelon). How do I add the input text box under the product page instead of saying “add your selection to the seller’s box”? 

I will also need the data to translate on the order/invoice.
