Custom Liquid - Transalation

Hello, 

I have a custom liquid field on all my product pages and I have found out that this field is not automatically translated by the Shopify Translate & Adapt application. 

I tried to translate it manually but I have not found a way to do so. 

How can I translate such a field?  Is it a problem I can solve via coding or wether with the Translate & Adapt application from Shopify?
