Customer access denied to website as flagged as phishing or malicious content. Fix?

I have had several customers, not all, receiving messages when trying to access my website that it is unsafe and they cannot open it. A scan showed up several anti virus programs have up flagged it as phishing or malicious content. Shopify have checked it out and it is safe. How do we try to fix this. Note customers have tried different devices to try to access the site. I’m at a loss. Any advice please?
