Customer Account URL not working

My customer account URL links do not work. When I click on them, they take me to my homepage instead of the customer account form. I have spent around 7 hours with Shopify trying to fix this issue. Shopify tell me that the links are working at their end. However, I have tried them on three different devices, cleared caches, etc., disabled VPN and nothing works. What I am seeing and what Shopify is seeing, is completely different. Please can someone help me with this issue! I cannot launch my store until this fixed. Thank you.
