I have a customer who has tried to buy an item but their card keeps declining. From our end it looks like the systems has taken their name and doubled it. So instead of First Name : “John” Last Name: “Doe” it is showing as First Name : “John Doe” Last Name : “John Doe”. This isn’t a big deal for shipping but it is pulling this into their billing address as “John Doe John Doe” and causing their card to decline every time. Even when they go in and correct it, the system reverts it back to the double name and declines due to incorrect billing address. Has anyone had any issues with this and know how to fix it? I’d hate to loose sales because the system is declining cards.
