Customer left 3 reviews on product - Can't remove them

Customer was sent wrong items by 3PL service and ended up leaving 3 reviews on my product, 2 negative reviews (one with 5 stars but negative writing) and a third positive once I reached out and got the correct item sent. This was for a single order. Shopify won't let me remove the 2 other reviews and customer doesn't know how to change them and its affecting sales since he wrote down my company was a scam.

Reported the various reviews but Shopify won't remove them.

Very confused here, has anyone dealt with this?

You may need to use another review app that allows disabling reviews.
