Hi all,
I have been having an issue with customers not receiving emails. I am not sure if it's every person or just some of them. I have only heard from the few who said they didn't get the notification. My domain was purchased through Shopify and is www.shopourstoyours.com. I am trying to make sure this doesn't happen. Can anyone help with how I can correct this? I've chatted with multiple people, but they never seem to know what to do. Thanks!
