Customers have been saying my website wont load for them for over a week...

Some customers have been unable to access my site Mythicalmerch.net for weeks now because the links to our website won't seem to load 😞 I'm at a loss on how to fix this issue and I'm afraid this has cost us a lot of business given 10 people have mentioned it... links work on all my devices.
