Customers Pay Later option based on Customer Tag

Hi,

I currently have a client who would like the ability for only certain customers to have the option sent an Invoice to pay at a later date. I'm thinking this would work based on a tag assigned to their account.

Is this possible using Shopify features, the Manual Payment Methods function or an app?

You can enable an option for certain customers to be sent an invoice to pay later based on a tag using the PayRules: Hide Payment Methods app. Here's how you can do it:

1. Add "Invoice" in the "Additional payment methods" field.
2. In the "Customer tags" field, select "Hide if not found" and enter the specific tag assigned to those customers like “B2B”.

This will ensure that only customers with the specified tag can see the invoice payment option.
