Customization of Mega Menu in Header Bar

Hello,

we re trying to customise the mega menu in the header in the following way:

1. is there a way of getting rid of the small arrows next to the titles and the grey contour lines? s. screenshot | a

 

2. is there a way of extending the white field down to the middle of the screen? s. screenshot | b

3. is there a way of putting a photo in the mega menu? s. screenshot | b

4. Is there a way of letting the mega menu smoothly slide in to the screen when clicking on the primary level title? s. screenshot | b

We know these are a lot of questions. If this is too much to ask for at once, we will be dividing these questions in separate topics.
