Customization on Dawn Theme is not reflecting on live website

Hi,

I am using Dawn theme for my store and i am trying to modify the announcement sections and main image.

I am able to see changes while editing/Customizing them but somehow they are not reflecting on live website.

It used to happen after one refresh but not anymore.

I tried clearing cookies, changing browsers, changing devices and also tried by downloading the theme in zip file and reuploading it. No luck. 

Kindly help me with this issue.
