Customize Cascade Theme Footer - Formatting

hi there, i am trying to format my footer so that the dog image ("rico") is on the left of "email" and "faq" and the female image ("hannah") is on the right. the email and faq links should be centered between the images and stacked upon one another. does anyone know how to do this?!
