customize default_sort_by

Hi,

I'm trying to remove some sort by options (as image).

While editing the code, I found it's a "collection.default_sort_by" (as image).

Don't know where can I edit the setting of "collection.default_sort_by", so that I can remove the options "featured, A-Z, Z-A".

Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks!
