Customized prints on different sizes and check resolution

I am searching an app which can do following things: I am able to print pictures on different materials up to 240 x 120 cm. I am searching an app where the customer can select the aspect ratio and the size. The selected sizes should dynamically show a custom mask where the customer can align/crop the uploaded image. The app should dynamically check the uploaded resolution depending on the selected size.

Thanks for the context and my first question is: what apps you have tried so far and have you tried Printful and Printify? If yes, in what way are these apps insufficient? Do you work in the German POD space and if yes, have you tried the german Shirtigo and Shirtee POD apps?

Perhaps our german blog article here might have some tips you can use?
