Customizing Variant in Packing slip

I have a supplement company. On each of our product's pages we have shopify variants for 1 bottle, 2 bottles (save 10%), 3 bottles (save 15%) and 4 bottles (save 20%). I am trying to eliminate confusion with my fulfillment center when they get the packing information in ship station. I will use my Prenatal Vitamin as an example.

Right now when someone orders the 4 bottle variant, it shows up as the 4 Bottle variant and shows a quantity of 1. 

I would rather have it should up as Prenatal Vitamin quantity of 4. 

Is there away or app to do this?

I understand your requirements and the confusion it can lead to, when multipack orders come for your fulfilment team. There are also Inventory implications of multipacks as it's inventory needs to be in sync with the single sku item.
