Dawn - Announcement bar doesn't auto-rotate on mobile

Using Dawn 10.0.0

The Announcement bar doesn't auto-rotate on mobile. Seems to work find on Desktop PC, but no matter what I try I cannot get it to auto-rotate on mobile. This issue is present on both the "customise theme" preview in Shopify and when I load the website on my phone.

I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything wrong, so is it supposed to be like this or is it a bug with the code?

EDIT: They are aware of this on github. Apparently It's a "feature" to tell webdevs it auto rotates but not bother to mention anywhere it doesn't on mobile

My store is not live yet, It's still on password page.

The issue is known however and is reported on github: https://github.com/Shopify/dawn/issues/2705

Apparently the fact the announcement bar doesn't auto-rotate on mobile is a "feature" the Dawn devs added 😕
