dawn theme. featured product images vertically compressed (squashed)

at my site www.compressmerch.com if you scroll down to where it says "newest of the new" all of the icons are vertically smashed down. I've used this theme for years and just woke up to this today. 

there were no physical changes that im aware of (i would have been the one to edit) 
any leads or ideas whats up?
